She's a relentless hustler who goes after every ball with determination. She manages to keep the ball in play using forearms, overhand, or even one-handed saves in tough situations. Plus, she's always ready to set out of system when needed. Her jump serve is impressive,  does a lot of talking on the court and covering her hitters is second nature. She first made a lasting impression at our Stock Up Showcase in August, earning top performer honors, and has continued to excel during the school season. Her clean sets and ability to place the ball perfectly for her attackers create great opportunities for powerful hits.</p>   <figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-instagram wp-block-embed-instagram"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper"> https://www.instagram.com/reel/DBPY0doO9SY/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA== </div></figure>     <p class="text-gray-700">Paydence is only a sophomore, yet she's already proving she can compete at a high level at #3 ranked Arbor View. She has earned significant court time, approaching 100 assists this season. She excels at placing the ball at a great height for her hitters to execute strong attacks. The 6'0" two-sport athlete has put up some solid numbers this season: 51 blocks, 37 aces, 54 digs, and 96 kills. No doubt, she is a key contributor in her team's return to the top ten. She dominates every match with powerful kills, precise digs, and tough serves. In this viral video, you can see her smashing the ball near the ten-foot line from the middle, despite it not being her primary position. In this game, she recorded an incredible 32 kills! No doubt she is one of the best all-around players in the state.</p>   <figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-instagram wp-block-embed-instagram"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper"> https://www.instagram.com/reel/DBKY07jSOw9/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA== </div></figure>     <p class="text-gray-700">Aliana is excelling in her new role as a middle blocker this high school season. Her volleyball IQ and timing are exceptional, and her chemistry with the setter has resulted in several jaw-dropping plays. So far, she has accumulated 92 kills and 43 blocks this season. She is only a sophomore and could possibly return to the outside for club, but there's no doubt she has demonstrated her versatility and skill with the undefeated Bishop Gorman varsity team. When she gets on top of the ball, opponents don't stand a chance. She can score from nearly anywhere on the front and hits a great back row pipe set. This sophomore standout excels in passing, attacking, and serving, consistently making significant contributions to her team in every match. Liberty varsity has a bright future with her on the roster, and she's only going to get better. She really boosts her team when she gets a kill and has developed a great connection with her setter as the year has gone on. Recently, she has been racking up a lot of blocks and has claimed the top spot for most blocks in class 5A. Additionally, she has added over 100 kills with a .323 hitting percentage, helping her team secure their top ten ranking.</p>   <figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-instagram wp-block-embed-instagram"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper"> https://www.instagram.com/reel/DBM7BVjyfR4/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA== </div></figure>     <p class="text-gray-700">Presley is one of the hardest-working players in her class, always putting in extra effort to refine her skills and seek additional practice during pregame warmups. The 5'10" sophomore primarily plays outside hitter and stands out on Sierra Vista's JV team, consistently racking up kills with her powerful swing. She also shines in the back row, digging up challenging balls and delivering dimes to the setter that set up winning plays. Her jump set timing is on point, and she does a great job of disguising who she's setting next. Although she's just a sophomore, her volleyball IQ is already impressive. If there's an open space, she will capitalize on it with a sneaky dump or a deep overhand pass to a corner before the opponent can react.
