She has a physical frame and can make the ball scream when she gets on top of it. She led “Showtime” in kills with six in the two-set loss to [program_tooltip program_id='428892' first='PVA' last='']. She played front-row-only during this match. She filled up her stat line with seven assists, six digs, three kills, and two serve receptions. She moves quickly and communicates well with her teammates She is one of the spark-plugs that will fire up this team moving forward.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='737074' first='Savannah' last='Gering']</strong>, 5'6”, OH/MB, Maize South, ‘29</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Gering is an interesting prospect. She can elevate, but right now has a frame perhaps better suited for the back row. She collected four digs, two kills, and two service aces in the match. She has an accurate serve with some late dive on it. I am intrigued at how the youngster will evolve as a prospect. She might not me done growing, and can get stronger and quicker. She is athletic and plays with high energy. She finished with four digs, three kills, six serve receptions, and one ace. She finished with seven serve receptions, six digs, and two kills.
