Michigan Winter Rankings Update: 2026 Setters

With the conclusion of the club season came the all-important, June 15th date and so many players from this class have found themselves with their next landing spot in motion. [player_tooltip player_id='226936' first='Lexie' last='Stotenbur'] is slowly but surely cementing herself as one of the top prospects in this class, positionally and overall. She's coming off of a huge 2024 that has seen her game jump leaps and bounds and she had Forest Hills Northern operating at some elite levels this fall. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading {"level":4} --> <h4 class="wp-block-heading">[player_tooltip player_id='454063' first='Miley' last='Southland'] - Three Rivers</h4> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='454063' first='Miley' last='Southland'] is a player that is coming onto the scene in a real strong fashion. This past season she surpassed a huge milestone, achieving over 2,750 career assists. She is a player that is helping maintain Three Rivers in the conversation when it comes to Division II volleyball and she is poised for another big club season with FaR Out.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading {"level":4} --> <h4 class="wp-block-heading">[player_tooltip player_id='226887' first='Izzie' last='Delacher'] - Rockford</h4> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>We really got to see what [player_tooltip player_id='226887' first='Izzie' last='Delacher'] was made of this season. A run to the Division I State Championships is nothing to scoff over. Delacher's step up in her overall game was the game changing factor this fall. She's beginning to develop a nice control over the court and running an offense like a seasoned player. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading {"level":4} --> <h4 class="wp-block-heading">[player_tooltip player_id='227707' first='Gracelynn' last='Olson'] - Fruitport</h4> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Fruitport can accredit much of its success this season to [player_tooltip player_id='227707' first='Gracelynn' last='Olson']. One of those smaller, but mighty setters. Olson really stepped up in not only her overall skill this fall, but in her leadership and it was evident when she played. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">FRESH FACES</h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:heading {"level":4} --> <h4 class="wp-block-heading">[player_tooltip player_id='544602' first='Olivia' last='Peterson'] - North Muskegon</h4> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>One of the only fresh faces to grace the rankings this update in the setter position, [player_tooltip player_id='544602' first='Olivia' last='Peterson'] is much deserving of a nod. She is coming off one heck of a junior campaign where she found herself amongst some of the top ranked players in Division 3. A 2nd Team All-State honoree with MIVCA and a Third Team All-Prep Dig honoree, Peterson is definitely a player to watch in this junior class.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
