McNutt makes the best of any situation. I caught her at the Milan Mader invite and they had a slip-up where she subbed in half a rotation early. She simply made the best of it and came up with a big block in their match.

Kraft has a tough float serve that makes serve receivers nervous. She has great communication and she is quick to take the 2nd ball when the setter makes the dig. Kraft makes sure the placement is on point for the attackers to take an aggressive swing. She also knows just how to adjust her platform to create the best angle.

Kleven demonstrates a consistently solid passing platform with strong angles. She shows a maturity and volleyball IQ that make her a great asset. Kleven's first contact is consistent and natural as she anticipates and reads the serve or attack well.

Jensen may be a reliable first contact but she is also a threat from the endline. She has a wicked cross-court serve that crosses the net and bottoms out. Jensen also does a lot of passing in serve receive to keep her team in system. She is a silky smooth defender and should be one to check out this club season.

Rolbiecki has these tremendously well-placed serves that will take teams out of system in a heartbeat. She also reads the attack well and can see a tip coming from a mile away. This gives her team an advantage when she reads the ball and makes a pass like she was just sent a free ball.

Burley is already making plays on the tip to 4 by the middle which is one of the hardest shots to defend when it's done well. She is a super solid first contact and she can cover about 75% of the court on her own. Burley reads the play well and adjusts her platform to get the best pass possible.

Fratzke can make some really difficult defensive reads against really high-powered offenses. That is no easy task. She's smooth in her defensive moves to the ball and makes athletic transitions.

Keaveny is such a solid first contact for Mayer Lutheran. She is smooth on defense whether she is making a floor move or executing a knee drive to get under the ball and keep the dig under control. One thing I've enjoyed seeing is how her confidence and communication have developed with her teammates.
