Throughout this year, the growth has been noticeable. Players have stepped into bigger roles, handled more pressure, and shown they can compete against higher-level competition. Whether it's a setter controlling tempo and distributing with purpose, a middle staying available in transition and closing blocks, or a pin finding ways to score against disciplined defenses, these athletes have proven they belong in those conversations. They've learned how to adjust, respond, and stay composed when the game speeds up—and that's what separates them.   And now, they've found their fit. Programs that match their style, their goals, and their future. Schools that see not only what they are now, but what they're continuing to become.
