At just 5'3, she can get up to create some impressive action in the air against bigger defenders in front of her often. This team likes to run their offense fast and Haas can make the most of it with the space that can create for her and when on time, she bring some good pace.   Lauren Locker - 6'0 | MB | AVC Locker's game shows a lot of promise at this early stage of her prep career. Not only does she have that physical tools at 6'0, she shows good movement between the pins in all aspects of a middle's role. She is athletic with the ability to get up very well and she uses her length to get on top of the ball with some authority when on time and with good space around her setter. There is a lot to her game that will draw a lot of attention as she goes forward. She can get it done in serve receive and defensively that helps drive good creation-to-conversion opportunities for an offense that has good balance across the net. She has good footwork to track the ball in the reception phase and faces the ball well that leads to good angles for her setter. Defensively, her quickness combined with her preparation to be stopped and balanced while reading the play helps her react with good purpose and range. Mintonette finished tied for 5th in 15 Open. Her athleticism is easy to notice the first time you see her approach to hit a ball. She is quick and explosive off the floor with big lift, which can create advantages for her in the air when attacking the ball. As she can get up and swing aggressively at a higher tempo on the pin, it is the impact she can bring through quicker options that will continue to be a key piece for this team going forward.
