Wright gives the 17 Elite team a sound presence in the middle. She has good follow-throughs on her swings and is a sound blocker. Wright forces opponents to hit balls high or wide making it easier for defensive specialists to pick up balls. Wrights also provides sound net coverage.

Wathen did what she could to try to lift the 17 Select squad to the 17/18 Girls Division championship. Wathen uses her size well and puts awesome power into balls. Wathen does a great job adjusting to sets in the air. She had some key aces in the win. Wathen said it's a matter of being in ready position then getting up and swinging at balls when asked about the key to putting great swings on balls.

Dreher (pictured) mainly played in the middle in high school, but has switched to a more natural outside hitting spot for the 15 Elite team. Regardless of where she hits, Dreher does it with authority. Her cut shots to the lines are especially tough to dig up. They carom off defenders and out of bounds sometimes when defenders are in good position. Dreher constantly makes things happen out of system and hits balls off blockers. She transitions from defense to offense quickly. Her presence frees up the middle for setter dumps. Dreher also sends free balls over with a purpose. Dreher said she tries to play aggressive and practice great habits to be successful on the court.

Frey is a tough left-handed option that is developing into a sound hitter for the 16 Select team. She uses the angles from the right side well to confuse defenders. Frey will only get better playing with the club talent on her team.
