Frey’s return to the court benefits 17 Select not only as an added powerful hitter, but also in the back row. Frey is steady back there with her first touches. She can even take swings from the back row. Her energy on the court is commendable. Frey makes timely hits off blocks and has good topspin on her serves. Frey said she’s glad to be back from her injury and is working on making her way back to the level she’d been at before the injury. Frey added even if she’s not at her best, she hopes to keep her energy up to make up for that.
