Now, it's time to take a closer look at each position. At setter, the state of Michigan has always been elite. This class isn't much different, as it is well represented.

Top 5 Setters

1. [player_tooltip player_id='226904' first='Emma' last='Keeping'], Imlay City/Michigan Elite: Keeping is a Wake Forest commit and she's really stepped up her play in the last year. Keeping is a setter/hitter combo that can push the pace and knows where the ball needs to go in the offense.

2. [player_tooltip player_id='226907' first='Eva' last='Long'], Fenton/Legacy: An NC State commit, Long has set against the best in the country and came out on top. This past fall she also stepped up as a hitter while leading Fenton to a state semifinal. She's got all the tools to excel.

3. [player_tooltip player_id='226936' first='Lexie' last='Stotenbur'], FH Northern/FaR Out: Stotenbur quietly goes about her business and runs a fast and dynamic offense. An outstanding server as well, Stotenbur has grown as a leader and should be getting a lot of attention from college programs.

4. [player_tooltip player_id='490335' first='Makayla' last='Bruman'], Imlay City/Michigan Elite: Bruman is another setting option for Imlay City, giving them to very talented players at the position. The 6-footer is a huge presence at the net. She plays with speed and accuracy, but also is a defensive force with her length.

5. [player_tooltip player_id='454063' first='Miley' last='Southland'], Three Rivers/FaR Out: Another long setter, Southland is able to make a difference with her ability to play above the net. She's got a great mixture of tempo and accuracy.

Others To Watch

[player_tooltip player_id='226887' first='Izzie' last='Delacher'], Rockford/MVA: A well-coached setter, Delacher is technically sound and adapts well in pressure situations. She is a great floor general with a lot of poise.

[player_tooltip player_id='261199' first='Morgin' last='Parsley'], Walled Lake Northern/Legacy: Parsley is a standout athlete that can impact the game in a variety of ways, but has found her home at setter. The Oakland commit is adding new dimensions to her play each month.

[player_tooltip player_id='226885' first='Allie' last='Davison'], Marian/High Performance: Davison has really grown as a leader and is showing a lot more confidence on the floor. She's shown all-around skills on the floor, beyond just setting. Her hitting and defense have made considerable strides.

[player_tooltip player_id='544602' first='Olivia' last='Peterson'], North Muskegon/Inside Out: Peterson looks very comfortable in command of her offense and she makes the smart play, no matter what that requires. She can make a difference in all phases of the game.

[player_tooltip player_id='490026' first='Allison' last='Rutledge'], Lapeer/Michigan Elite: A 6-foot setter/hitter combo, Rutledge has a high ceiling and is still coming into her own as a player. She's making more instinctive plays and could see a big jump in her performance in the next year.
