<p class="text-gray-700">As a sophomore, Meiring (*pictured) led Bishop Fenwick's 2024 offense at 4.0 k/s through 289 total kills while picking up over 200 digs. The 5'11 pin plays with confidence and good control in her movement as a left side attacker. She understands the game well as a primary hitter and has developed good range in her hitting effort to be able to score in a variety of ways and from different locations. Power and finesse are part of her toolkit and she has the ability to bring it when she is on time and has a little space to swing through. </p>

<p class="text-gray-700">Beard is one of those prospects that has the athleticism and skill foundation to be able to do whatever the team needs offensively at the net. At 5'11, she has tools to get up and swing at the pins on both sides of the court or in speeding up her approach work to contribute through quick middle options. Her numbers at Lakota speak for themselves as she will head into her junior season this next fall with 536 total kills, including career best numbers in 2024 with 310 kills on a 3.9 k/s average and an efficiency of .347 to go along with 53 service aces.</p>

Her approach pattern is fundamentally sound and aggressive in how she drives her arms up to create lift, balance, and to open her shoulders well to create torque and power. As a six-rotation pin, Haucke has good all around skills as she can pass, defend in the back row and at the net, and put a lot of pressure on the opponent from the service line.</p>

She works hard in the transition game to get herself available. Defensively, she reads the play well to get up fast and over the net, which makes her a factor at the net whether from the middle or at the right pin.</p>

She is a total team player that also motivates and leads, which makes her "indispensable" to the team. </p>
