[program_tooltip program_id='430852' first='Tri-State' last='Elite'] 16 Blue did that in a convincing 2-0 (25-13, 25-12) win to grab a third straight championship. This group also won the JVA World Challenge open championship in the 14 and 15 age divisions the previous two years.

Libero [player_tooltip player_id='725304' first='Emme' last='Moser'] played a big role in the win making a number of key digs. Moser dug up Ramey a couple times. Moser said Ramey is dynamic in that she can hit it from the front and back rows anywhere at anytime so Ramey challenges her to be at her best. Moser added she puts her arms out hoping to pop the ball in the air.

Fellow defensive specialist [player_tooltip player_id='334217' first='Francesca' last='Hansel'] also dug up a number of balls to let setter [player_tooltip player_id='582224' first='Penelope' last='Reisman'] set up the attack. [player_tooltip player_id='480837' first='Charley' last='Moeddel'] had a monster game at the net for TSE Elite 16 Blue with [player_tooltip player_id='480821' first='Maisie' last='Jones'] and [player_tooltip player_id='434971' first='Jillian' last='Forrest'] also having big games. [player_tooltip player_id='480838' first='Makenna' last='Meibers'] and [player_tooltip player_id='456263' first='Rachel' last='Lewandowski'] also took big swings to lead the team to the second tournament championship of the season.

Moser had a nice game making key reflexive digs after key reflexive digs in the 16 Open championship to lead the 16 Blue team to the crown. Balls soundly carom off her arms under control for consistent two to three-point passes. She constantly gives a great effort to after balls near her. Moser provided nice backup at the net on blocked balls. Moser also did a good job serving, landing a key ace in the right corner.

Larsen gives a great effort for the 15 Black team even when the team does not play its best. Larsen hustles after balls and encourages her teammates on the court well. Larsen said she's working on trying to put out more energy with her teammates and understand the game better during club season. She's also trying to turn into a better passer.

Trimble continues to grow playing for the 17 White team. She delivers a nice variety of short and long sets. Trimble is especially strong on the short sets to the left pins. Trimble puts good jumps into her sets and adds in nice push setter dumps to keep defenses honest.

Millard (pictured) has a bright future for the Knights if she keeps working at it. Millard does a great job patrolling the back row with authority. She brings good energy to the court. She had a lot of solid serves Sunday landing some aces to keep the opponent out of rhythm. Millard also does a great job making things happen out of system.

Peters could be a hidden gem for this class from the 11th Region. Peters brings great energy to the court. She mixes up her sets, excelling especially on shoots. Peters goes hard after balls, but under control, to make good passes to teammates and keep plays alive. Peters gives defenses something extra to consider pushing balls to corners. Peters had 602 assists and 221 digs last fall, helping Scott County advance to the 11th Region Tournament.
