PrepDig Bracket Buster Beasts – Studs from the 15/16s Division

These players were all pivotal and without them, their teams would not have been as successful. She served well, received well, and definitely terminated at a high rate. The range and number of shots in her arsenal for a player of her age is off the charts. Her leadership and constant communication keeps her team in synch with each other. Repinski was highly efficient at serve receive, which kept her team in system so they could run their offense effectively. I was impressed with her ability to go up, take huge swings, adjust to alter her shot and approach, and learn from every swing she took. She did not back down or start playing it safe. It is truly amazing the level of her skill given her age. Playing middle this past weekend, Lauersdorf was a monster attacker that showcased her fast, heavy swing and her quick footwork. Not only was she a beast on the offensive end, but also on defense. She is versatile in every aspect of the gam. She can throw down an array of different shots (tips, rolls, hard shots) and also from every spot on the court. She found hard for each and every point. She took big swings and kept taking them, never backing down. I loved that in big moments, Tesch still took took big swings instead of backing off and hoping the opposition made an error. Teach also played great off blocker defense.
