Abigail is a pin hitter committed to play at UW-Parkside. She is an absolute powerhouse. She has a lot of potential to make a huge impact at the next level. Her volleyball IQ is high, and she is very crafty with her shots. Abigail's swings can also pack a punch when she makes a good connection with her setters.

I absolutely cannot get over a string of back-to-back-to-back (to back?) impact plays that Chloe had during gold bracket play on Sunday. She put up stuff block after stuff block. Then, after two key blocks in a row, she had a swipe kill off of an overpass. These points were a combination of discipline, aggressiveness, and good court awareness. Chloe's weekend was not just made up of these points, though. She carried all of these attributes throughout the weekend and will continue to do so.

Natalee was an athlete on a mission at Madness in Miltown. She was there to compete, and she did not miss a beat. Natalee leveled up her game from the last time I had the opportunity to see her play - and she has always been an impressive pin in my notes. Keep an eye on her as she continues to play at such a high level.

Adeline was a six-rotation stud for SMV. She set in the back row and was on the right side in the front row. No matter what position she played, she did it at a high level. As a setter, she put a consistent and fast tempo on the ball. She played clean and efficiently the entire weekend and showed her potential for being a high-level athlete.

I would be so curious to know how many jumps Karsyn took throughout the weekend. She was a go-to hitter for SMV 18-1, who could power through the ball while finding crafty ways to earn points. Her passing was arguably better than her offense. Karsyn read opposing servers and hitters with seeming ease and always seemed to be exactly where she needed to be a moment before the ball got there. She was an athlete who stood out time and time again throughout the tournament.

Isabella played all six rotations as a middle for [program_tooltip program_id='431945' first='Valley' last='Velocity']. What stood out was her sky-high volleyball IQ and court awareness. She seemed to have this innate ability to know when and where she was needed, especially in scramble or out-of-system situations. She was always aware of where her teammates were. Isabella is a talented athlete whose intangibles elevate her game to even higher levels.

Harper's mental game was incredibly strong at the Madness in Miltown tournament. Numerous times, I saw her make aggressive plays and terminate after long rallies or during key points of a match. Many times, she had already taken several jumps in the play and found some extra juice to finish off the point with a kill. She was fearless and confident in her play, which helped secure her team's wins throughout the weekend.

Lauren was a middle who was nearly unstoppable. When I saw her take her first few swings of the tournament, my jaw dropped. She is a physical and powerful middle who can hit sharp angles. Lauren gets on top of the ball very well and had some impressive bounces right around the 10' line. Opposing blockers had to line up perfectly on her, or their defense would feel the pain of Lauren's incredible swings.
