Lauren has already found her rhythm in the middle early at the Sizzle, which is no easy task. The Cedar Grove-Belgium standout has been a strong presence at the net, doing a great job closing the block and making her impact felt defensively. She has also been a weapon behind the service line, adding another element to her game. With her consistency and all-around play, Lauren is already showing why she will be an important piece for her team this fall.

Lauren Lueth Lauren Lueth 5'9" | MB WI has been a key piece of the surge for Cedar Grove-Belgium, being a part of the varsity squad since her freshman season.  She is nearing 500 total kills as a middle blocker where she has been very consistent for the rockets with her swing and her block.  She averaged 2.5 kills in 2025 and collected 30 total blocks.  The Rockets return their top three scorers from 2025 that also include Ava Peterson Ava Peterson MH WI and Claire Lukens Claire Lukens 5'7" | OH WI where they will be a team to watch in the Big East. 

Lauren was a middle who was nearly unstoppable. When I saw her take her first few swings of the tournament, my jaw dropped. She is a physical and powerful middle who can hit sharp angles. Lauren gets on top of the ball very well and had some impressive bounces right around the 10′ line. Opposing blockers had to line up perfectly on her, or their defense would feel the pain of Lauren’s incredible swings.

She brought nonstop aggression at the net and was relentless on the attack. Whether it was a powerful swing or a well-timed tip, Lauren kept defenders on their toes. Her ability to mix up her approach and read the block shows a high level of volleyball IQ. She’s not just swinging—she’s strategizing and executing with precision.
