Twyman has managed to play club volleyball on the top Ohio Premier 16s team and play softball for the Firebirds. Twyman improved her batting average this spring. Twyman already does a good job producing at all six spots on the volleyball court. Her softball development should have a direct impact on her improvement on the court as well.

Staying with Lakota West, Scherzinger (pictured) also runs track and field for the Firebirds. Scherzinger took the opportunity to improve herself and her fitness with a month off from club tournaments. Scherzinger ran the 4x400 and open 400 during that time. Scherzinger already does a good job taking solid swings for her club team. She'll only do that better using these different muscle groups.

Redman has shown signs of being ready to step into a huge role for the Raptors this fall, especially after the defending East Cincinnati Conference champions graduated their two kills leaders. Redman takes a sound approach toward the net then does what she can to put balls down. Redman also plays forward for Anderson's basketball team. She'll be in good shape this fall as a result.

One can only excel at time management to do what Morgan does. Morgan has consistently ranked among the top five in the Greater Cincinnati Conference in digs since entering high school, totaling 1,223 in three seasons including a conference-high 489 this past year that helped Milford win just the second district tournament championship in program history. Morgan also plays on the basketball team for the Eagles as a forward on top of playing club volleyball. Morgan helped the Eagles basketball team go 18-5 and finish in a three-way tie for second in ECC action.

Combs more than did her fair share helping the Saints the first state championship since 2005 with an astounding 327 kills good for third in the rugged Girls Greater Catholic League. She finds time to play basketball in the winter for the Saints as well, primarily serving a rebounding role. She did hit 10 points in a couple games this past year, helping Seton go 16-8 and finish second at 6-2. Combs already has natural athleticism as her dad Mike played baseball at Bowling Green State University. She's poised to do that much more in both sports her senior year.
