Welch (*pictured) continues to lead a depleted [program_tooltip program_id='936186' first='CVC' last=''] 15 Black team due to injury. She is the backbone of there current competitive effort and experience, which was highlighted well in their most recent event at the Windy City NQ. Missing some key point scoring pieces, her setting tools and floor leadership are helping those around here raise their level of play and their team's overall competitiveness. You can next see this team compete at the Nike Classic later in April.

Siebert shares the setting role for her AVC 15 Red team, combining with her counterpart well to run a high potential offense. Her tools are dynamic and polished in how she pursues the ball and maintains tempo as much as possible through both pins and to her middles. This team had some big moments at the recent Windy City NQ, including Siebert creating good offensive flow during her rotations. Siebert and her team will next be at the Nike Open in Cleveland.

McKnight is a 2029 prospect that deserves attention and consideration among a solid corps of setters throughout the current rankings and Watch List. She has good fundamentals to get to the ball in good position to contact and deliver with extension and force adjustments to get her attackers into good situations for aggressive swings. She had a great freshman season as she was among the league leaders in total assists with 546 for a 7.2 a/s average. She also picked up 6.3 d/m earning 2nd team all-league recognition. McKnight competes for A.C.E. Lady Blue Knights 16-1.

Pierce's distribution starts with her pursuit of the ball. She gets prepared well before the pass occurs so that she can use her footwork efficiently to be able to get to the ball on balance and with an option to extend and square to her target. Her action allows her to maintain multiple options even when pulled off the net, including finding her middles when they are open to receive the ball. Pierce is a key part of Toledo VC 15 Black this club season while also competing for Notre Dame Academy during the high school season, leading the Eagles with 362 total assists.

Kern is a member of [program_tooltip program_id='431555' first='Mintonette' last=''] m.52 following a terrific fall season leading Logan's offense and the Central Ohio-[program_tooltip program_id='431739' first='Buckeye' last=''] in total assists with 736 total assists for a 9.4 a/s average. She was the only 2029 prospect selected to the all-conference 1st team. Logan finished 19-7 overall behind Kern's effort to help them earn over 10 k/s as a unit. At 5'7, her skill foundation is in place to grow her stock going forward as she is certain to be among the 2029 Ohio rankings in forthcoming updates.
