Five to See in Summerfest 16 Premier Division

Currently on the Ohio 2027 Watch List, Braddock (*pictured) will likely find herself ranked as the next update arrives later this summer. She is an effective attacker for NKYVC 16-Tide with a fundamental attacking foundation and good arm control in the air. She can swing with good power or control to find space through the opposing defense. Look for this group on Court 31 as the top seed in their pool.     Tschudy contributes a lot to her NOVA team as their primary libero. As she is a very capable passer in serve receive, some of her biggest contributions come through her defense. She prepares well for digging or hitter coverage by getting stopped and balanced, which allows her quick reactions to make plays in all directions.     Lough is an active middle that has been developing well into the type of middle [program_tooltip program_id='431555' first='Mintonette' last=''] likes to see around their setters. She is quick in her transition movement to get off the net and track the ball well to return and be available through the tempo they run to swing soon after the ball leaves the setter's hands. She opens her shoulders well to be able to create good pace through her swing in the air.     Meadows can make things happen. She is an athletic attacker while also having tools to pass and defend well. She has quickness in her movement around the floor, which complements what she can do with her arm in the air. She gets her feet to the ball well and provides a good range of action in the air when contacting the ball.     Comer competes for NKYVC's second 16U team as a primary middle. What she might lack in length and lift as a 5'10 middle she makes up for with her ability to approach to the ball in a position that she can use her arm well to swing at the edges of the defense. Comer and her team open play as the #2 seed overall atop Pool R1B.
