2029 Top Performer Setters: Earning Early Attention

The freshman year of high school volleyball is more than just a new beginning, it's a proving ground. For setters, it's the moment they begin to take command of the court, build trust with new teammates, and establish themselves as the decision-makers of the offense. It's where communication, tempo, and vision begin to separate good players from great ones.   At the PrepDig Nevada Freshman Showcase hosted at It's All Volleyball, a standout group of 2029 setters rose to the occasion. They ran dynamic offenses, adjusted quickly to unfamiliar hitters, and showed early signs of leadership and control, qualities that are essential for success at the varsity and collegiate levels.   Each athlete below earned Top Performer recognition by demonstrating poise, precision, and presence. Whether through smart distribution, consistent hands, or vocal leadership, these setters proved they have what it takes to be impactful early in their high school careers. Full evaluations may be on the way, but one thing is clear, these athletes are already making a name for themselves.
