Deep Diggers: Kansas Defensive Specialists To Watch

She recorded a team-high 254 digs in 67 sets played for the Wildcats. She is one of four De Soto athletes to finish with at least 100 digs last fall. Scott recently posted game film from a club tournament in Salt Lake City to her HUDL account. She was all over the floor during that tournament and recorded 98 digs during the event. She led the Panthers in digs during her junior season. She recorded 388 digs in 80 sets played for Derby last fall. She recently posted club ball highlights on her HUDL account. She has strong legs and moves well laterally. She Ediger has a solid defensive platform and anticipates attacks well. She had a standout sophomore season for the Eagles and will have high expectations for her and her team heading into her junior season. She recorded 343 digs and 267 serve receptions in 102 sets played. Jacobs will have a solid chance at reaching the benchmark of 1,000 career digs and serve receptions this fall. As a sophomore, she recorded 55 digs in 98 sets played. Spring Hill's leader in digs last season has transferred to a different school, and two seniors with over 200 digs have graduated. The door will be open for Aten to compete for a starting slot in the Broncos rotation. Aten also competes for an elite club team which helps her recruitment stock.
