Elite Texas Liberos at the Triple Crown Summer NIT

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The club volleyball season is entering its final month, as in just a few weeks, the season-ending National Championships will be held in Dallas.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Clubs teams around the country which are set to contend for the national title by the end of the month are now focused on fine-tuning their games for the biggest moment of the season and this week, many sides from Texas will make the trip to Arizona to do so as they compete in the Triple Crown Summer NIT.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Reuniting 112 teams from multiple states across five divisions, the tournament is going to be held at the Arizona Athletic Grounds, in Mesa, from Saturday to Monday, and will serve as a big part of the teams' preparations for the National Championships.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Texas is sending 27 teams to Arizona this weekend, and between now and the start of the tournament, we're featuring some of the top players from the Lone Star State who will be on the court in Mesa. She's quickly solidified her name among the top liberos in the state in her age group and displays an efficient and productive game every time she steps on the court. Carrizales is an elite defender, reading plays with incredible clarity and moving to the ball with impressive quickness. Her contact with the ball is always very clean, be it when playing defense or in serve-receive, and that has a lot to do with how well she positions her body. She's super active on the backcourt and plays with tremendous energy, getting to balls that not many others would. Doty is extremely technical and that helps her not only with her first contact, be it when playing defense or passing the ball, but it also allows her to handset from multiple locations on the backcourt and get her hitters in good spots to score. She makes a big impact in her team's play in the backcourt and is extremely consistent, being capable of keeping her level of play elevated even when under pressure. Bailey is very quick with her movement and her excellent ball control makes her deliveries always accurate, both in serve-receive and when playing defense. She does a great job of controlling the backcourt for her team, playing an important leadership role for them and making a difference with her consistent and productive play. Butler gets a lot of touches when playing defense and is very reliable with her passing, which allows her team to continue in system even in difficult moments.
