Bailey plays libero for the HJV 16 Elite team entered in Pool F in the 16s division. She makes a big impact in her team’s play in the backcourt and is extremely consistent, being capable of keeping her level of play elevated even when under pressure. Bailey is very quick with her movement and her excellent ball control makes her deliveries always accurate, both in serve-receive and when playing defense. The libero also does a good job of getting to free balls first and covering her teammates when needed, and communicates extremely well, keeping the defensive system organized.

Bailey’s defensive efforts were pivotal for HJV 15 Premier’s success in the event as they ranked second with two wins and a loss. There were some good liberos on the court on Saturday, but Bailey stood out because of how consistent and impactful she was. Her ball control was on point all day, helping her produce at a very high level on defense and serve-receive. Bailey’s quickness and agility were also remarkable and helped her get to difficult balls on the backcourt.

Bailey led the backcourt efforts of the HJV 15 Premier team that ranked second with two wins and one loss. Extremely quick and dynamic, she got a lot of touches when playing defense and stepped up to make several digs in key moments of the matches. With her excellent ball control, Bailey was also very productive and consistent in serve-receive, giving the team a lot of stability in that area. The libero was always very calm on the court and did a very good job of communicating with her teammates.
