As a six-rotation outside, she's responsible for a ton of ball touches throughout a typical match, but you wouldn't know it just by looking at her. Terminal when she needs to be, and smart when she can't, Miss Utterback comes from a long line of D1 talent in her own family. With her whip of an arm, balls hit the floor quickly, and mostly without time for the defense to adjust. I like how she continues to "go for it" despite what the score lists. Her length is most certainly helpful on the block, as her long strides allow her to play from pin to pin with ease. Her penetration on the block is also hard to go against, as she takes up a ton of space while penetrating. Finally, the work ethic associated with Miss Smith cannot be overstated. I like her high and hard swing, tooling the block regularly while both in- and out-of-system. Able to hit heavy enough to tool blocks, but is more skilled at going OVER them, Miss Muncy has all the looks of being an M2 at the next level. I'd like to see a little more space taken up when she's blocking---both with a close to her pin blocker as well as committing to pressing across the net when blocking. That's not hard to teach and learn, just as you can't teach 6'1". McKenna should definitely fit right in as a plug-and-play middle for whatever program wants her in the fall of '28.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
