Jackson was part of the AJV 14 Adidas team that, despite playing one age group up, dominated the division in Houston, getting six wins and one loss. Her setter duo with [player_tooltip player_id='784112' first='Marisa' last='Porter'] was one of the team's strengths as they not only kept their offense in a good rhythm all day, but also made good plays when needed. Jackson's setting was excellent, as she did a great job of getting all her hitters involved, while keeping her precision even when working with passes off the net. She also used her excellent all-around game to contribute in other areas of the game, playing defense at a high level and serving well.

Jatzlau set for the AP 15 Baden team that got three victories and two losses over the weekend in Houston. A very tall setter, she did a very good job with her playmaking, pushing the right buttons to get her hitters in good positions to score points consistently. Despite her big frame, Jatzlau moved extremely well on the court, quickly getting to passes off the net and getting her body under the ball before making contact with it. The setter displayed an interesting tendency to efficiently speed things up offensively when in system and also showed great ball control when playing defense.

Clement was with the TW Skyline 17 Black team that secured two victories and had three losses at the FAST Complex. She had some of the best setting hands in the division, as every time she released the ball, it came out entirely clean and went right into the target. Clement also displayed great intelligence and creativity with her playmaking, accelerating the game when she had a chance and moving players around when working in system. The setter also played an important leadership role in the team, remaining positive at all times and consistently encouraging her teammates.

Ortmeier and her HJV 14 Elite team ended the event with two wins and four losses, playing against older competition. She used her length extremely well in her setting duties, easily getting to tight passes up at the net and taking advantage of her high contact point to accelerate the game as much as possible. Ortmeier also thrived with her distribution, showing a great feeling for the game and understanding the moment of each of her hitters. The setter also contributed from the service line, consistently getting opponents out of system with her floaters.
