Sandberg is right in the mix to be the top-ranked prospect in the Prep Dig Washington class of 2027 Rankings update this August. The College Prep Academy OH from Gonzaga Prep in Spokane has made a verbal commitment to Tennessee and will spend her college career competing in the SEC. Sandberg is a shot maker with power and is an outstanding competitor who knows how to win. The rising junior is not afraid to take the swing with a match on the line, even when everyone knows it's coming.

Foote is a high-quality middle from the 2027 class, boasting height, a whippy arm swing, and a burning desire to improve her game. She will be headed to Gonzaga University after high school, as the school transitions to the "new" Pac-12 in 2026 and beyond. The new Gonzaga head coach, J.T. Wenge, has honed in on some terrific local prospects, and Foote is a fantastic in-state pickup.

We also like to shout out to our neighbors in Montana and Idaho when big news comes down the pipe. Kennedy Varda from Big Sky VBC is another local athlete headed to the SEC, having pledged to Kentucky early after the June 15 contact date for Division 1 athletes kicked off. Varda is long and explosive, resulting in a superior blocker who can shut down middles across the net. Varda teamed up with a group of CPA players and took home the championship of the 20th annual Global Challenge, located in Pula, Croatia.

Gonzaga found some tall timber in the 6'3" Slavik from Bishop Blanchet, and Slavik knows how to use her height and put up an intimidating block. The Bishop Blanchet standout has plenty of room left to develop her overall game; her best volleyball is undoubtedly still ahead of her.

The top-ranked libero in the class of 2027 Prep Dig Rankings is one of the first class of 2027 players to make a verbal commitment to a college program. Williams is a defensive dynamo who has been showing off here prowess in the backcourt since a dynamic freshman campaign at Mt. Spokane. Wichita State will have a well-trained and dynamic libero on campus when she arrives.

Kelly has verbally committed to Central Washington University, pledging earlier this spring. Congratulations Arisa!
