<p>The 2025 High School season inches closer and closer. Here is a recap for the top four teams in the Pacific League as well as a few players you'll need to watch. </p>

<p><strong>#1-Forest Grove High School</strong></p>

<p>Forest Grove led the Pacific League in wins, only dropping one match to McMinnville. Their league wins sit at 11-1 and their overall game wins at 17-9. OSAA ranked them at #15, just one spot down from their #14 ranking in 2023. Forest Grove placed third in their league for the past two years but finally claimed their long-awaited league victory this past season.</p>

<p class="text-gray-700">Chrismer, a First Team All-League select for the 2024 school season, is a six rotation outside hitter who packs a powerful swing. Her court awareness makes her a threat to any opponent. </p>

<p class="text-gray-700">Fox, a returning senior for the Vikings, is a fast, smart and technical setter. Her vertical and ability to hit landed her in the First Team All-League selections in 2024. </p>

<p><strong>#2- McMinnville High School </strong></p>

<p>McMinnville followed closely behind Forest Grove with their league wins sitting at 10-2 and their overalls wins at 16-8. They placed #21 in the state, an astounding jump from their #34 placement in 2023. McMinnville is climbing the ladder, and quickly. Watch out for this team in the upcoming 2025 season.</p>

<p class="text-gray-700">This middle is returning to the Grizzlies for her senior year as an effective middle blocker. She covers the net with intent and power making it hard for opponents to get past her block. Daum was a Second Team All-League select for the 2024 season. </p>

<p><strong>#3- Sherwood High School </strong></p>

<p>Sherwood placed third in the Pacific League with their league wins at 8-4 and their overall wins at an even split of 11-11. They placed at the #24 spot according to OSAA, jumping down from their previous #6 spot. These girls will be hungry and ready to play this next season, so be ready for some serious fire power.</p>

<p class="text-gray-700">This tall returning junior knows how to put her height to use. With a high reach, and fast arm, Weston puts the ball away. She made the Honorable Mention list for the 2024 season. </p>

<p><strong>#4- Glencoe High School </strong></p>

<p>Glencoe sits at the #33 spot in the state, with their league wins at 6-6 and their overall wins at 9-13. Glencoe was second in their league in 2023 and 2020, a spot we know they want to surpass in the 2025 season. They will have seven seniors on their team this year, making this team experienced and ready to win.</p>
