Fox, a 5’7” setter from Forest Grove, flexed her athleticism at the Top 250 Expo. When setting, she was disciplined about getting her feet to the ball and her hands under it to get it to a hitter. Her placement and location consistently improved significantly from our last showcase, too! Although undersized, what she lacks in height, she makes up for in her leaping abilities. A leftie, she shines on the right side. With a fast arm swing and high vertical jump, she created tons of point-scoring opportunities for herself during gameplay. Fox proved she could play all around, whether running a 5-1 or attacking across the front row on Sunday.

Fox impressed quickly on Saturday, when she kicked off the showcase with some excellent play during Four Square. Although she is primarily a setter, Fox’s all-around game is top notch, including her tough serve and fast arm swing when she hits the ball. Fox is also a strong setter, and her setting abilities have improved so much over the past club season. Her footwork is super quick, her placement is consistently on point, and she has a soft touch on the ball.
