In this article:
With a 3-0 start on the first day of the Prep Dig Sizzle, De Pere showed why they are a top program and why they could be a contender to compete at the Resch Center in November. What sets this squad aside from others is its fierce competitiveness as well as their diversity and depth. They have multiple girls who step up to the occasion to be a leader, as well as are able to make an impact from anywhere on the court. Let's take a look at a few players who were key to their success on day one of the Sizzle:

De Pere continues to prove that they're a well-run and well-rounded program, built on strong leadership, depth, and a true team-first mentality. With a roster full of diverse talent and players who can step up in any rotation, they're built for big moments. They compete in a loaded section alongside powerhouses like Xavier and Bay Port, but make no mistake, this squad has what it takes to go toe-to-toe with the best. If they keep building momentum like they did this weekend, don't be surprised to see De Pere making a serious playoff push in 2025.
