Her ability to make smart choices within the offense while not trying to be the heroine is a nice trait she carries. With easily the strongest upper body among the five listed today, Evelyn can set any hitter in any situation from anywhere on the floor, hence the NTDP invite. No matter where the ball is passed, Kiersten uses her lightning-fast speed to get to every ball, no questions asked. With tight passes, Miss Lutz uses athleticism and that same speed to keep a tight pass on her side and make it hittable. Her high hands, using all of her length, make for a well-trained setter. Add her impeccable footwork to the mold and her setting skill set is complete. Her Boiler Juniors training allows her the high volleyball acuity needed to occupy the setter position at the Division I level. As far as her skill set is concerned, she has fast, deceptive hands that locate the ball well for her hitters. Her footwork is outstanding, showing a high level of training that doesn't come easily. Once Miss Shondell graduates, it's good news for Maverick fans that the setting position is in good hands, literally.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
