At 431 total kills last season, she averaged 5.0 k/s on an impressive 55% kill rate and .454 efficiency. Vencill can get ahold of the ball and put some big heat on it as she can terminate through varied attack points. She was also third overall in the league with 271 total digs. The 5'11 outside hitter can bring some pace. She sees the court well and has good command of her arm to be able to swing with full range. After two seasons, she has a total of 563 kills for a 3.2 k/s average. A primary arm for [program_tooltip program_id='431827' first='Elevation' last='']'s top 16U team, she has been bombing balls during the club season as well. McNicholas is 19-1 overall in league play with Stacey leading their offense the past two years.
