Players from all over the PNW traveled to Hillsboro, Oregon this past week to play in the Prep Dig Stock Up Showcase. Here are the passers in the class of 2028 that impressed:
Stevens lays out for every ball and keeps the court energy alive with her hype. Her smile and encouragements lights up the court.
Evaluations are normally subscriber-only but when an athlete subscribes, theirs becomes free for all readers.
Subscribing doesn't change who the Scout covers, it changes who gets to see it.
Showalter has an amazing float serve, challenging passers on the other side of the net. She reads the court well with her feet following suit and getting to the ball early.
Richmond has good court awareness, almost able to see where the ball is going to go before it does. Her out of system plays keep the ball alive, utilizing pins when the setter is taken out.
