Players are playing lights out all over the state! We wish we could capture everyone, but we try to get a dozen or so each week. As a reminder, numerous matches are taking place, but I will focus on two- or three-set matches versus five-setters, where the likelihood of a double-double increases. So here we go, the Dub Dub!   Let's start with a freshman phenom! [player_tooltip player_id='774316' first='Danaya' last='Petkova'] showed why her name is one to circle early, stuffing the stat sheet in a four-set battle. She tallied 14 explosive kills paired with 14 defensive digs, flashing the kind of all-around game and composure rarely seen in a first-year player. Alongside her, steady floor general [player_tooltip player_id='229558' first='Maggie' last='Smith'] notched 20 assists and 13 digs, proving she can both run the offense and make gritty second-contact plays.   Kearney's physical six-rotation outside [player_tooltip player_id='222062' first='Madison' last='Browning'] still found her rhythm in a tough loss to Park Hill South. She delivered 14 kills with range and added 10 digs, showcasing her ability to impact the match on both ends.   At St. Michael's, athletic playmaker Grace Lowery came up big in a sweep, dropping 11 kills with efficiency while grinding out 12 digs, demonstrating her high motor and versatility.   The Liberty Bluejays leaned on the dominant arm of [player_tooltip player_id='833776' first='Kate' last='Spengler'], who hammered a match-high 16 kills and still managed 12 digs. Spengler continues to prove herself as a true six-rotation weapon with next-level upside.   Out in Webster Groves, junior two-way standout [player_tooltip player_id='845327' first='Carly' last='Harre'] made her presence felt with 11 powerful kills and 10 digs, showing her ability to impact the match both as a terminal attacker and a steady back-row defender.   Northland Christian's consistent point-producer [player_tooltip player_id='809806' first='Molly' last='Day'] added her name to the double-double club, posting 11 kills and 10 digs, the type of dependable stat line recruiters love to see.   Pembroke Hill setter [player_tooltip player_id='729560' first='Isabel' last='Janes'] orchestrated the attack with 27 assists while adding 13 digs, highlighting her court IQ and defensive instincts. She continues to emerge as a setter who can run tempo while still defending at a high level.   Carrollton's go-to arm, [player_tooltip player_id='837886' first='Sarah' last='Ratliff'], paced her squad with 14 kills and 10 digs in a win over Holden, providing the type of steady offensive production and back-row reliability that makes her a cornerstone.   In a 2-0 win, Willard setter [player_tooltip player_id='720877' first='Abby' last='Morris'] showed her savvy playmaking skills, finishing with 11 assists and 10 digs, a performance that displayed her calm leadership and ability to impact multiple phases of the game.   Advance found multiple stars in its sweep of Woodland. Offensive sparkplug Emma Ellers led the charge with 12 kills and 11 digs, proving she can carry a load on both ends. Teammate balanced contributor [player_tooltip player_id='230385' first='Kyndall' last='Hitt'] added 12 assists and 11 digs, showing her value as a connector who keeps the offense humming while digging balls off the floor.   And closing things out, Wiona's sophomore standout [player_tooltip player_id='834589' first='Lauren' last='Martin'] handled business in a sweep of El Dorado Springs, flashing poise, polish, and the type of upside that has coaches taking notice.
