Top 2028 Middle Hitters

1. [player_tooltip player_id='569766' first='McKenzie' last='Andrews'], Mercy/Legacy: The 6'5” Andrews is really finding another gear this fall with Mercy. Already with elite length, Andrews is becoming a dominant blocker and learning how to put away balls with added emphasis this fall.

2. [player_tooltip player_id='881552' first='Mya' last='McKinnon'], GR Christian/MVA: The 6'2” sophomore is putting the ball away at a high rate this fall, hitting .445 for the Eagles while putting up about 1.5 blocks per set. She's showing good instincts for the ball and her timing keeps improving.

3. [player_tooltip player_id='569774' first='London' last='Gibson'], Marian/Michigan Elite: Gibson is another middle prospect with a high ceiling that looks to be making a lot of strides this fall. She's getting more opportunities and showing that she can handle that responsibility, putting away the ball against top competition during pressure situations.

4. [player_tooltip player_id='809557' first='Brooklyn' last='Beardsley'], Lake Fenton/Michigan Elite: The 6'1” middle is putting up a nice finishing rate for Lake Fenton this fall and is adding in new dimensions to her attack. She's going to be a dominant player in the years ahead.

5. [player_tooltip player_id='765783' first='Ava' last='Finney'], Flushing/Legacy: Finney shows good awareness at the net, playing different shot angles and anticipating the play before the defense can get into position. She's also aggressive defensively to disrupt a lot of opposing attacks.

6. [player_tooltip player_id='809569' first='Cambree' last='Krause'], FH Central/FaR Out: Krause can play anywhere along the net. She doesn't have the same length as some of her peers, but she's got good footwork and a nice vertical to still be a big factor at the net.

7. [player_tooltip player_id='582914' first='Ellie' last='Kileen'], GRCC/MVA: GRCC has a deep attack this fall with a lot of options, but Kileen is emerging as an impactful middle for them. The 6-footer is finding her role and showing a lot of confidence when the ball comes her way. She's got a high ceiling for where she can take her skills.

8. [player_tooltip player_id='728850' first='Emme' last='Dorchy'], Royal Oak/Michigan Elite: Dorchy has been able to play on the outside this fall for Royal Oak as she's got a good swing that she can apply to out-of-system balls as well. Her timing is solid and she's always putting good power on the ball.

9. [player_tooltip player_id='584595' first='Jamie' last='Smith'], Cass Tech/Legacy: Smith can also play anywhere along the net and she generates big power in her approach. The ball really flies off her hand as she has an athletic follow through on her swing.

10. [player_tooltip player_id='583927' first='Kailyn' last='Spolsky'], OLSM/Michigan Elite: The 6-footer is a looming presence at the net that stays aggressive and alert to make any play that comes her way. Spolsky continues to work on her timing to be able to unload more power, more consistently.

11. [player_tooltip player_id='578487' first='Aubrielle' last='Shina'], Rochester/High Performance: At 6'2”, Shina is naturally a factor with her length, but she continues to make strides in her footwork and pacing. As she gets more comfortable and plays with more instinct, Shina should be a major impact player.
