Hayden Wins Two Early Matches In Baldwin

She is a quality hitter who could easily be overlooked on this squad. She recorded five kills, one block, and one ace in the win over the Wellsville Eagles. She is ranked No. 36 overall in the Kansas Class of 2028 rankings. She is one of only two seniors on the Hayden roster, and she picks the team up and fights through long rallies. She finished the match with a team-high 10 digs and 14 serve receptions. She has excellent footwork and helps lead the young roster when the going gets tough. Foster is ranked No. 36 overall in the Kansas Class of 2028 and is one of my favorite uncommitted liberos. She had a good match, but not her most dominant. She did play solid defense, finishing with eight digs and six serve receptions. When she gets on top of the ball, she is almost impossible to dig. She had a standout season as a freshman and played well during the win over Wellsville. She had one of her better defensive efforts I have seen from her, finishing with five digs. The Wildcats' offense was fighting it against the Eagles and never looked quite settled; however, she still tallied 16 assists in the win. She is ranked No. 6 overall in the Kansas Class of 2028 and is the top setter.
