The six foot four middle blocker from John Paul II high school is leading the nation in hitting efficiency. Currently she has 255 kills on an outstanding .460 hitting percentage. After having seen Aubrey over the last few years have wonderful seasons, this is just a testament to how amazing she is year after year. What makes her special is how she drives hard and fast toward the net to be ready to swing on each rally. She never gives up and has a really high motor to be a target for her setters. In order to be efficient, you really have to know how to move the ball around a block and she does it better than anyone else in the state of Texas. With only 37 hitting errors on the year out of 474 attempts, that should tell you just how good she is at her job. This is nothing new for Miss Easterwood as she has been killing it every year she has been on varsity.

Currently tied for the best hitting percentage in the great state of Texas, Olivia has made a name for herself to be looked at by many schools. The junior has really stepped up her game for her junior season and is thriving in a bigger role than last season. There are a lot of players who may fold under high-pressure situations like this, but not Miss Theis. Accumulating 219 kills, triple what she got in all of last year, on an outstanding .460 hitting percentage is exactly why her squad is sitting at 25-9 on the season and 7-1 in district. She is really growing into her body this year and is drawing a lot of attention her way. The power in her upper body is immense and every one of her opponents is feeling the heat from her hard driven swings. Stay tuned for more on her as we follow her journey closely.

Another John Paul II middle is making some big noise on the offensive end. She has the third highest hitting percentage in the entire state regardless of grad class. Currently scoring the ball at a .441 clip, she is having a fantastic junior season. In only 99 sets, she already has tallied 261 kills with only 52 errors. That is super efficient and scary for opponents to go up against. With her setters feeding her the ball over and over again, this team is dangerous. The future San Diego State University player can jump and swing with the best of them in our wonderful state. She is super quick off of the ground and has a violent attack that is very difficult to defend against. There has to be two blockers on her at all times if opponents want to have a shot at slowing her down. We love what we see from her and think she has such a high ceiling to keep improving.
