The 2025 State Volleyball Tournament All-Tournament selections represent more than just stat lines — they reflect competitive spirit, composure under fire, and elite-level execution when it mattered most. Across Class AA, Class A, and Class B, these athletes didn't just perform — they commanded, influenced, and elevated the entire atmosphere of the tournament.   To be named All-Tournament is to be recognized as a game-changer, a momentum shifter, a constant presence that forced opponents to adjust. These players were the heartbeat of their squads, delivering clutch swings, perfectly timed blocks, and defensive sequences that altered match trajectories. Every dig, every set, every kill carried championship-level intention.   <h3 class="wp-block-heading">Class AA: Power, Precision, and Command</h3>   Class AA showcased the highest tempo and physicality, and the All-Tournament selections reflected that standard of elite performance. [player_tooltip player_id='728032' first='Logan' last='McGuire'] of Brandon Valley demonstrated exceptional floor leadership as a setter, delivering controlled tempo and intelligent distribution that kept hitters in rhythm. Her ability to manage pressure zones while staying composed allowed Brandon Valley's system to flow seamlessly.   Alongside her, [player_tooltip player_id='731094' first='Jersie' last='Melcher'] brought intensity and balance, contributing as a reliable offensive weapon and defensive stabilizer. Her all-court presence added structure to every rotation, anchoring both transition and serve-receive phases.   Harrisburg's duo of [player_tooltip player_id='722208' first='Josalyn' last='Samuels'] and [player_tooltip player_id='536783' first='Gabi' last='Zachariasen'] set the tone with explosive offense and physical dominance at the net. Samuels controlled the pace with surgical decision-making and confident execution, while Zachariasen's attacking power and block timing became defining features of Harrisburg's run. Her ability to close sets with terminal swings showcased the type of killer instinct that championships demand.   Addie Siemsen of Mitchell earned her spot with relentless defensive effort and gritty consistency, extending rallies and disrupting offensive momentum. [player_tooltip player_id='731835' first='Sienna' last='Sabers'] from Sioux Falls Jefferson proved her versatility with smart shot selection and composure under pressure, elevating her team's offensive identity.   Sioux Falls Lincoln placed two exceptional defenders in [player_tooltip player_id='802191' first='Julia' last='Blom'] and [player_tooltip player_id='790239' first='Mallory' last='Schneider'], both of whom consistently absorbed high-velocity attacks and turned defense into opportunity. Their reading of the game, court coverage, and transitional awareness provided stability in the toughest moments.   O'Gorman's dynamic duo of [player_tooltip player_id='742823' first='Londyn' last='Smith'] and [player_tooltip player_id='725169' first='Lauren' last='Venenga'] represented precision and power. Smith orchestrated the offense with calculated pace and elite touch, while Venenga's terminal arm and consistency on the pin made her a constant threat. [player_tooltip player_id='805799' first='Jade' last='Jere'] of Sioux Falls Washington showcased tenacity and technical efficiency, and Kynsee Russell of Watertown impressed as a stabilizing force with controlled energy and disciplined execution.   Each of these Class AA athletes demonstrated what it means to operate at the highest level — refined mechanics, sharp volleyball IQ, and unshakable composure.   <h3 class="wp-block-heading">Class A: Versatility and Competitive Edge</h3>   Class A brought a blend of technical skill and relentless energy, and its All-Tournament selections showcased players who thrived in high-stakes environments. Shelby Begeman of Clark/Willow Lake stood out with her offensive precision and ability to score in tight sets, while teammate Kelsey Hofer anchored the defensive line with incredible hustle and floor control.   Dakota Valley's trio of [player_tooltip player_id='389842' first='Samantha' last='Kimbell'], [player_tooltip player_id='389837' first='Claire' last='Munch'], and [player_tooltip player_id='730569' first='Madie' last='Munch'] dominated with system consistency and execution against elite competition. Samantha's control and smart decision-making balanced the offense, Claire's attacking presence and court awareness created unstoppable pressure, and Madie's distribution and leadership shaped the rhythm of play. Together, they embodied championship-level cohesion.   [player_tooltip player_id='885389' first='Tenley' last='Anderson'] of Dell Rapids controlled tempo with poise, consistently placing the ball in optimal windows for her attackers. [player_tooltip player_id='835393' first='Madelynn' last='Henry']'s aggressive swing and strategic shot selection proved devastating to opposing defenses, especially in critical late-set situations.   Addison Neuendorf of Hamlin brought defensive grit and energy, covering the floor with urgency and anticipation, while Chloe Weber of Rapid City Christian embraced versatility, impacting matches through offensive efficiency and defensive reliability.   St. Thomas More's [player_tooltip player_id='749243' first='Leighton' last='Scherr'] showcased a commanding presence at the net, scoring from every angle and providing reliability in transition. Sioux Falls Christian's Meredith Nelson and Tavyn Sichmeller displayed elite synergy. Nelson's setting precision and court management paired seamlessly with Sichmeller's physical dominance and blocking presence, forming one of the most effective connections of the tournament.   These Class A athletes represented everything elite volleyball should be — disciplined, dynamic, and relentless in pursuit of excellence.   <h3 class="wp-block-heading">Class B: Grit, Heart, and Championship Identity</h3>   Class B's All-Tournament selections highlighted the raw competitiveness and emotional intensity that defines small-school championship volleyball. Bennett County's Peyson and Reagan O'Neill delivered relentless offensive pressure, combining power swings with disciplined shot placement. Their ability to step up in crucial moments defined the Warriors' tournament run.   Chester's [player_tooltip player_id='725181' first='Lily' last='Van Hal'] and [player_tooltip player_id='839963' first='Jacy' last='Wolf'] embodied smooth execution and consistent impact. Van Hal's setting control and defensive stability paired perfectly with Wolf's attacking precision and relentless motor. Together, they formed the backbone of Chester's system.   Gayville-Volin's [player_tooltip player_id='803157' first='Paisley' last='Dimmer'] and [player_tooltip player_id='803888' first='Taylor' last='Hoxeng'] earned their recognition through consistent hustle and impact play, influencing both sides of the net. [player_tooltip player_id='884321' first='Jordyn' last='Rossow'] of Herreid/Selby Area brought strength and leadership, delivering crucial points when momentum hung in the balance.   Northwestern's Ella Boekelheide and [player_tooltip player_id='811139' first='Ashley' last='Haven'] showcased exceptional connection and offensive flow. Boekelheide's ability to control tempo and distribute with accuracy allowed Haven to thrive as a dominant attacker with elite court vision and shot variety.   Parkston's Keeara Oakley proved her versatility as an offensive force and defensive anchor, while Warner's [player_tooltip player_id='758363' first='Jaycee' last='Jung'] and [player_tooltip player_id='795527' first='Keira' last='Steger'] delivered balanced dominance, contributing with high-energy play and relentless competitiveness. Your performance didn't just earn recognition; it left a lasting mark on the state volleyball landscape.
