We're starting to put more attention into our club season, which inevitable brings us to our Exposure Tour. Nearly 100 athletes have already committed to attending the showcase at Academy Volleyball Club on November 29, and we'll spend the next week or so featuring those already signed up. Here are six class of 2027 athletes coming to our Exposure Tour, looking for a little more attention in the recruiting process.    As the libero for Boone Grove the last two seasons, Lauren's already over 1100 digs on her career. She's solid in serve receive, active on floor defense, and is a nice find for any college looking for depth in their defensive specialist room. As a three-sport stud, she has more athletic acuity than most in her area.     One of the setters in the highly successful and efficient offense for Penn, Carson has quick hands, even quicker feet, and defends her position at an above-average level. An easy plug-and-play for any collegiate program running a 6-2, she does well in an offense that distributes to all hitters, as she is adept at feeding all attackers equally.     An under-the-radar setter from northern Indiana, Ava has solid hands, locates the ball well, and is more accustomed to elite-level volleyball than one would think coming from the very-small Victory Christian. Her size is enough to be a factor at the net blocking, can be offensive when needed, but is mostly known for her solid footwork and above-average set placement in a standard offense.     Able to be either a middle or a right side at the next level because of her size, Taylor's a nicely sized addition to any attacking depth chart. In high school, her offense consisted of slower tempo balls in front of the setter and slide attacks behind the setter. Being able to do either is Taylor's calling card, and her high and hard attack will carry her far in her recruiting process. She also has that rare ability to hit a slide attack while on the right side, which is a neat trait that can be added to any offense at the next level.     Although found at a smaller-than-average regional club, Hali is a solid pin attacker that can terminate well from both the front and back rows. Her high attack point makes her look taller than she actually is, which is nice to have at the collegiate level. I'd like to see a little more floor defense and serve receive from her to round out her skill set, but for now, her attacking will suit her just fine for a small college looking for a versatile outside hitter.     Alexa's size is an immediate draw to her ability. As of today's writing, no other class of ‘27 athlete coming to our Exposure Tour is listed over six feet, so we'll keep an eye out on her ability against younger but bigger competition. Alexa is big, strong and smart with her shots. Some of her footwork needs training and speed, but that should come with solid work in the weight room and on the court, and consistency in her team's play will help in that respect. Nevertheless, you can't teach height or size, and Alexa has plenty of both.    The PrepDig Exposure Tour is coming to Indianapolis on Saturday, November 29!
