She has a lot of power in her approach and hang time when she gets airborne. But when that ball enters her airspace, say goodbye because the rally is over with her swing. She is an effective attacker from anywhere on the net, and when she gets a hold of the ball, her arm swing goes so fast it's like snapping a rubber band. Oleson is also not afraid to use different shots and angles to get the job done. She has such an aggressive approach and violent armswing that it really throws you off when she goes off speed. She has become a staple for this program and its only her 2nd season. She did a nice job working angles and is an expert at hitting the deep corners with precision. Hoffman has a great wingspan and does a great job transitioning, making herself available and wrapping on top of the ball.
