2025 Kentucky Exposure Tour Wrap Up

More names from the 2025 Exposure Tour that was held in Wilder, Kentucky this past weekend that you should definitely hear more of, and who we think have a promising future leading into Club Season. The Exposure Tour provided us a look at Kentucky's future athletes allowing them to being able to showcase their talents before Club season starts! We will follow their paths as the season progresses, will be attending the major events in Kentucky and surrounding venues. Once again we settled into evaluating the DS/L, Setter positions with the Tour Wrap Up.    We loved to see Mikiyleigh's versatility on the court which adds big value to her as a player. We saw her produce a number of nice even easy sets that the pins gobbled up! She had good flow with a beautiful jump set that was placed accurately and fast. She could switch it up for a back row hit or run a chute and all with accuracy, calmness and effectiveness on the court with beautiful hands square above shoulders and under the ball perfectly. Mikiyleigh positions herself quicky on the court and turns bad passes into beautiful sets. She brings her game to the court! We look forward to seeing more!     Allison is a sound passer that knows how to get low and return the ball with control sinking her hips getting while absorbing the contact efficiently. She has excellent readiness with eyes up and square shoulders and passes with nice even contact and accuracy. She will lay herself out for the return on first contact and makes good ups that seem impossible. She uses her arm angles correctly to keep the ball up in play to the front row a sound player in the back row! She communicates on the court well with her teammates and shows excellent court IQ, loved her play!     Jayda is quick and nimble! She does a great job of returning those low hard hits with her ability to read the ball and is moving well beforehand, her fast reaction time and her proper technique to get her hips low and sink down to the ball with excellent tripod support. She is eyes up and feet moving before the ball gets to her, with text book form and consistency! We love her energy and enthusiasm and her ability to communicate on the court with her teammates making great line and judgement calls! An exciting player!     Lyla showed great composure on the court with a calm but effective play. She has excellent fundamentals in her technique and readiness and shows great court IQ putting herself in the right position reading and following the play. She easily returned hard shots and can get to the ball quickly to keep it live. She moves with good footwork, good energy and enthusiasm. She can hold down the back line!     Mollie is one of those reliable consistent players that can hold up the team. She shows great court IQ with her readiness and shows excellent reaction time with proper technique whether first contact or out of system. She can produce a nice, controlled swing or a well-placed tip and will serve up aces. We love her versatility and all-around play while showing confidence and supporting her teammates. Lots to like about her play! She is a consummate player that holds value, impressive!
