The class of 2030 is loaded up with talent at every position. For the most part they are current 14s age club players who also played 8th grade this past school season. These players will all be making an impact within their high school program sooner rather than later. Let's take a look at five players who are like queens on the throne in how they play and carry themselves out on the court.

[player_tooltip player_id='904068' first='Hays' last='Zabel']- MB/OH from Crossings Christian. We got to see Hays at our showcase this past month and she is a really solid hitter. She can hit at multiple positions. We love to see her footwork and approach already be efficient and explosive. She also showed signs of having the capability to really put some pop on the ball.

[player_tooltip player_id='902936' first='Emersyn' last='Smith']- S/DS from Claremore. Emersyn was the starting setter this past season for her school team and is playing for Elevate this club season. She has a wickedly tough serve and is very strong for her size. She loves volleyball and is continuously working to better herself. None more obvious than in the weight room. Look for her to be pushed and rise to the occasion early this school season.

[player_tooltip player_id='882147' first='Jordan' last='Matlock']- MB/OH from Casady. Jordan can bring the boom! Coming to a varsity court near you soon. Her hard driven balls really challenge the block to be disciplined or she will just tool it for a kill. Casady will be getting another really good option to bolster their offense. She has the size and IQ to also put up a solid block. [program_tooltip program_id='432025' first='OK' last='Charge'] 14Ua is going to get her ready AND more.

[player_tooltip player_id='734750' first='Brielle' last='Meeker']- DS from Sand Springs. Brielle and company got a ton of wins this past school season. Her and multiple teammates possessed a solid serve that really stressed opposing SR. She is on the Virago 14 Elite crew that just came off a championship run at Jingle Jam. Outside of her serve, the second thing that will standout is how much ground she can cover with her transition digging. She can fly around and make some really big plays for her team.

[player_tooltip player_id='752636' first='Maylee' last='Duong']- S/DS from Westmoore. Maylee might just be a 2030 but she stepped on the court with plenty of upperclassmen at the showcase and didn't hesitate at all. She hyped up her teammates and directed traffic like a real court general in training. Her ability to put up a good ball consistently, be tough defensively and better those around her, are the types of things that will make her an impact player quickly for Westmoore! She is playing for [program_tooltip program_id='432025' first='OK' last='Charge'] 14 National this club season and we are looking forward to catching her at Redlands in a couple weeks.

This will likely be my last article until the holiday season finishes up. I know plenty of players and teams will still be putting in the work to continue to push themselves forward. The new year is right around the corner and we here at PrepDig Oklahoma KNOW 2026 will be one of the best volleyball seasons we have ever had. We wish everyone happy holidays and happy new year!
