The PrepDig Exposure Tour has officially wrapped, and we are highlighting the MVPs and Top Performers who stepped into competitive roles and delivered in every rotation. The Arizona stop in Mesa brought together athletes who competed with intention, adaptability, and a clear commitment to elevating their teammates.   Coach Madison Kindle evaluated her court and selected one MVP and three Top Performers who consistently made winning impacts and raised the level of play throughout the day. Izzie earned MVP recognition for her ability to impact the game from anywhere on the court. Coach Kindle described her as an outstanding athlete who can be plugged into any role and execute when needed. Izzie was a constant presence, pushing teammates to be better through her energy, communication, and competitive consistency.   Izzie shared that her strongest skills are out of system play and serve receive, and she showed confidence in both throughout the showcase. She is focused on being aggressive and intentional in serve receive while continuing to grow in the libero role after completing her first full club season at the position last year. Her personal goals include improving connection with setters, maintaining consistent energy, and helping guide her team toward a National Championship in 16 Open.   Even as a libero, Izzie sets high athletic standards for herself, noting that she has already touched 9'10.5 and aims to reach a 10-foot approach touch by graduation. Allison stood out as one of the best teammates on the court. She adjusted quickly to every situation and was always focused on making the next ball better. Allison shared that her strongest skill is her volleyball IQ, especially as a middle blocker who reads plays early, times blocks well, and stays disciplined in high pressure moments.   She is working to improve her offensive speed and connection with setters through focused footwork, transition reps, and extra timing work. Allison's goals include becoming a consistent and reliable presence at the net while helping her team succeed at qualifiers and championships. Leilani was the definition of a team player. She brought positive energy and stepped into any role her court needed. Leilani shared that her strongest skill is her volleyball IQ, allowing her to read the game, anticipate plays, and stay reliable in every rotation.   She is working on improving her blocking by reading hitters earlier and closing faster at the net. Her goals include developing as a consistent six rotation outside hitter and positioning herself for recruitment by letting her work ethic and performance speak for themselves. Her ability to read hitters and shut them down with well timed blocks stood out, and she competed with a calm confidence and a smile.   Faith shared that her ability to cope with errors and bounce back stronger is one of her defining traits. She is focused on staying open to setters, engaging her hips more efficiently, and continuing her development with the goal of committing to a college where she can pursue both academics and athletics.
