Allison stood out as one of the best teammates on the court. She adjusted quickly to every situation and was always focused on making the next ball better. Allison shared that her strongest skill is her volleyball IQ, especially as a middle blocker who reads plays early, times blocks well, and stays disciplined in high pressure moments.

She is working to improve her offensive speed and connection with setters through focused footwork, transition reps, and extra timing work. Allison’s goals include becoming a consistent and reliable presence at the net while helping her team succeed at qualifiers and championships. A 4.8 GPA student with an interest in sports medicine, she also brings positivity, inclusivity, and steady encouragement that helped define the culture of this court.
