2029 Rankings: Assessing the Top Five

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The initial rankings for the 2029 class are here. A total of 45 prospects have been ranked based upon that last full cycle of club and high school action. With the new club season just getting started, there is heavy anticipation that several more 2029 prospects will be added over the next several months. Expect the Watch List to grow along with many more athletes being factored into the rankings, which will undoubtedly contribute to movement among those that are part of this inaugural rankings list. Recently participating with the NTDP, had a good showing among some of the best young prospects around the country, commanding the court and setting with range and good connections with big arms in all locations, which can be very difficult to do when bringing athletes together for the first time for a short window of work. Coach and directors in the greater Cincy area have consistently identified her as one of the best point scorers as a primary outside hitter as she scored a lot for Harrison this past Fall high school season. Through a total of 452 kills, she average 5.2 k/s, asserting herself as a big threat in the SW Ohio conference for the next three years. She can dish with high contact and good control to delivery with tempo and accuracy. Additionally, she can terminate with good purpose with an aggressive arm and a big touch point. As she will likely set a lot during the club season for [program_tooltip program_id='431555' first='Mintonette' last='']'s top 15U team, she led Upper Arlington's offense at 3.1 k/s on total of 263 kills.
