We are by no means perfect as scouts. We also understand there will be plenty of change throughout their entire career. Players assuredly will shift within our rankings as the months/years go on.

Let's take a look at the top 10 players in the 2030 rankings and a little about each of them.

10. [player_tooltip player_id='933581' first='Caydance' last='King']- Middle Blocker for Elevate 15.1 and NOAH. Caydance is a heavy handed hitter who is playing up and still scoring at will. She has a very bright future ahead of her.

9. [player_tooltip player_id='907258' first='Ashlyn' last='Towler']- Middle Blocker/Right Side for [program_tooltip program_id='432025' first='OK' last='Charge'] 14UA and Deer Creek. Ashlyn showed some serious skills this summer at our Exposure Tour Showcase. She is on a dominant club team and one of the best high school programs at producing very efficient attackers.

8. [player_tooltip player_id='905369' first='Maisie' last='Shipman']- Middle Blocker/Outside also for Charge 14UA and Edmond Memorial. Maisie was also at our showcase and showed great poise playing with older players. She works hard at her craft and loves to compete. Being a part of currently the best program in the state will expedite her growth.

7. [player_tooltip player_id='904942' first='Maggie' last='Rice']- Middle Blocker/Right Side for Charge 14 National and Edmond Santa Fe. Maggie has massive upside as a hitter. Edmond Santa Fe has produced and will KEEP producing big time players who can pummel the ball.

6. [player_tooltip player_id='904381' first='Lillian' last='Reimer']- Outside Hitter for [program_tooltip program_id='776295' first='Tulsa' last='Power'] 14-1 and Owasso. Lillian will have a chance to see some serious varsity time very soon for the Rams. She will have a really good outside in Hill to learn from and be passed the torch to.

5. [player_tooltip player_id='903044' first='Kendall' last='Gillum']- Setter for Charge 14UA and Stillwater. Stillwater has a ton of solid young talent. One of which is this talented setter who can deliver consistently good balls to her hitters. She also plays good defense and has a solid serve to add to her well rounded play.

4. [player_tooltip player_id='882147' first='Jordan' last='Matlock']- Middle Blocker for Charge 14UA and Casady. Jordan has the height and clearly the skill development is on quickly on the rise. Casady also has a stockpile of good young players in the program. They have great promise to stay very competitive all four years in high school.

3. [player_tooltip player_id='905674' first='Charly' last='Jones']- Right Side/Outside for Charge 14UA and Westmoore. You just don't see that many really good right side hitters by Charly is one to watch. She can score in bunches and really spreads the offense from pin to pin. Westmoore has really had a resurgence in the last couple years. Charly may help keep that train rolling.

2. [player_tooltip player_id='851712' first='Alexys' last='Willis']- Defensive Specialist for Peak 13-1 and Heritage Hall. DS is the position that is toughest to be recruited at for a handful of reasons but Oklahoma has one that will be big time in a few years named Alexys. It isn't just her skills, it's the intangibles as well that makes her special. Her leadership, the little things, and the energy level.

1. [player_tooltip player_id='903892' first='London' last='Laubach']- Outside Hitter for TPV 14-1 and Cascia Hall. When my team played London and company, they got out to a big lead with her up front pounding balls. I was excited to see her go to the back row in hopes they would stall out and let us get a few points built up. London answered that by continuing to lay the hammer even from the back row. She is 6 rotations worth of playmaking ability. She has the height and athleticism to be a big time recruit come senior year.
