Elizabethtown Volleyball Academy 15s Team Profiles

Adair County sophomore outside hitter Raegann Stephens and Meade County freshman right side/setter [player_tooltip player_id='750329' first='Quinn' last='Martin'] also saw significant varsity action in the fall.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Elizabethtown freshman [player_tooltip player_id='789059' first='Bailey' last='Graham'] is the defensive specialist with Elizabethtown freshman [player_tooltip player_id='754755' first='Claire' last='Miller'] playing setter and defensive specialist. Central Hardin freshman middle blocker/outside hitter [player_tooltip player_id='755657' first='Audrey' last='Stearman'] and Elizabethtown freshman outside/right side hitter Anna Carmack round out the roster along with Bardstown freshman middle/right side hitter [player_tooltip player_id='898110' first='Laken' last='Blanford'].</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Elizabethtown head coach Bart Catlett leads the team. The team has played in the Winter Warm-Up in Bowling Green. The next tournament is the Battle on the Broadway Jan. 17 to 19.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Green Shea</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The one player that has significant varsity experience on this team is John Hardin freshman Khloe Yasin, who led the Bulldogs in digs in the fall. Central Hardin has three players on the team in Chole Thompson, [player_tooltip player_id='788975' first='Maggie' last='Basham'] and Parker Johnson. Meade County has two players on the team in [player_tooltip player_id='877553' first='Jaydee' last='Wood'] and [player_tooltip player_id='892087' first='Jillian' last='Pickering']. Rounding out the roster are Bethlehem's [player_tooltip player_id='934786' first='Olivia' last='Elder'], Ella Arnett of Bardstown, Peyton Blair of Elizabethtown, Mallorie Helm from Leitchfield and Audreya Boone of Nelson County.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Shea Blackwell is the team's head coach. The team finished 14th out of 44 teams in the Lexington Open 15-16s Division. The next tournament is the Diggin Dalton in Dalton, Georgia on Saturday and Sunday.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Green David</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Meade County features three players on this team in Bella Kerns, Mia Fochtman and Landyn Fleener. Two players from Central Hardin are Sadie Rambo and Peyton Blocker with [player_tooltip player_id='850668' first='Scarlett' last='Liggett'] representing John Hardin and Hadley Johnson representing Taylor County. Evie Blain and Mattie Denney play for St. James with Madeline Pis playing for St. Joseph. She has good control for consistent two to three-point passes. Yasin has turned into a leader on the court, trying to make sure teammates keep their heads up after bad plays.
