She has a world of talent and can dig deep to make it happen on the court for her team. She has excellent court IQ and puts herself in the best spot to make big plays with a strong swing coming from a loaded attack with excellent speed and technique with a gorgeous arm swing and footwork to propel her to a lofty vertical utilizing good kill placement showing control and thought. She can dig, tip, cover on the frontline and block with perfect timing readily. She displays confidence and humility on the court supporting her teammates with high energy and focus. She brings a lot of skill, energy and excitement to the game! She has a big approach that powers up an impressive vertical with a solid swing getting on top of those balls. She can place a ball anywhere on the court with perfect contact and control. She provides a healthy block with excellent timing and form solo or in tandem with good reach easily. She follows the play extremely well and shows good rapport with her setter placing herself in optimal position with excellent court IQ. She doesn't need the perfect pass to fire and she adjust herself quickly transitioning off the net to do so. She is comfortable digging and gets there with a solid platform playing a full rotation. She has a net skimming serve and can deliver aces with a strong punch! Ella transitions off the net nicely to incorporate a good approach with proper arm swing, footwork and a clean strong swing with a good vertical. She can play a tight ball off the net providing good coverage on the front line and is solid in the back row getting the ball up and to the second contact accurately. She has a good serve exercising good control and placement and is composed doing so showing maturity on the court. She has a solid block with great timing and technique, with a hefty reach, and will destroy an overpass. She is an enthusiastic player that shows good energy on the court supporting her teammates. She is a solid blocker with good reach and technique and shows good timing with blocks and touches in the front row. She covers well and moves up and down the net quickly and easily following the play with excellent intuitiveness. She can put in a nice tip from a bad pass and sticks with the play. We love her attitude on and off the court and expect to see big things from this player this season, we think she will have a stellar year and can take it to the next level showing determination and grit in her play!
