<p class="text-gray-700">Sciortino (pictured) said she has worked on trying to be more consistent and it is showing during club season thus far. She executes great crosses and is effective on roll shots and fakes on tandems. Sciortino also gives 17 Blue sound back row play. She makes the simple passes and can handle hard shots. Sciortino leans forward on dives and does a great job encouraging her teammates. Sciortino said she likes to let her teammates know she has their backs.</p>

<p class="text-gray-700">Jackson gives the 17 Black team a huge lift in the back row. She makes solid first touches, which get overlooked a good bit because she may not make as many flashy plays as other defensive specialists. Jackson sets her feet and delivers balls to the setters. She also brings outstanding leadership to the court. Jackson said sound play is extremely important because it encourages teammates to pick up their levels of play.</p>

<p class="text-gray-700">Wimberly does a great job finding different ways to hit around blocks. Wimberly has a nice cut shot and a hard cross. Wimberly displays a lot of enthusiasm on the sidelines. Look for North Hardin to potentially build around her in the fall.</p>

<p class="text-gray-700">Marrett gives everything she has each time she takes the court. Marrett has solid cross shots and roll shots. Those roll shots include sound ones to the back line. She goes hard after balls only diving out of necessity. Marrett backs up well on balls to make nice overhead passes and possesses a nice, hard serve. Her all-around play should help 16 Blue put up another solid season.</p>

<p class="text-gray-700">McGuire is a six-rotation player for 17 Blue. She takes big rips and delivers a nice, hard jump serve. McGuire gives 17 Blue consistency in the back row. She does a great job encouraging her teammates on the court. McGuire said she likes to be energetic and a positive example on the court.</p>

<p class="text-gray-700">Whether it is volleyball or Lacrosse, Dixon said she likes to just go for things no matter what it means sacrificing. On the court, Dixon may not get to every ball, but she does not want it to happen without a great effort. Dixon moves her feet constantly, but does stop to make crisp passes. She provides sound net backup play. She makes a number of one-armed saves Saturday. Dixon provides sound guidance to her teammates on or off the court.</p>
