It was an interesting weekend for Skyline Juniors as two of their teams battled it out to take the Gold. 17 Royal - Ping and 17 Royal - Sean put on a SHOW in a 3 set match that ended in Sean's favor. These two teams are definitely something to see this club season. She has an exceptional ability to be wherever the play is unfolding. Karsyn is consistently putting herself in position to make crucial touches. Comfortable and confident taking the second ball, she keeps the offense in system while bringing the nonstop energy required to command the back row. Her defensive reads are sharp and instinctive, allowing her to anticipate attacks before they develop. Her calm, controlled passing provides setters with the consistency needed to run an effective offense.     [player_tooltip player_id='762434' first='Molly' last='Aubert'] is no stranger to the watchful eyes of Prep Dig, and for good reason. A dynamic setter for Skyline Juniors, she does an excellent job setting the tempo at the net right from the first ball, keeping the offense organized and aggressive. Molly has earned the trust of her hitters with her consistency, decision-making, and ability to put them in positions to succeed. Add in her relentless hustle and willingness to make the extra effort play, she is what schools want.     [player_tooltip player_id='808172' first='Grace' last='Pinegar'] is a powerful pin hitter for Skyline Juniors, and there's no doubt—this girl can HIT. She brings a fearless, aggressive presence to the net, attacking with authority and swinging with confidence on every set. Her intensity carries over to the blocking game as well, where she is just as physical and assertive, making hitters think twice about challenging her. With her strength, competitiveness, and commanding play, Grace unquestionably owns the left side and makes a statement every time she's in the front row.    <h2 class="wp-block-heading">17 Royal - Sean</h2>    [player_tooltip player_id='838924' first='Libby' last='Tedder'] brings a big swing from a small town, and she makes her presence felt every time she plays. A true offensive threat from anywhere, Libby does an excellent job adjusting to the set and attacking with confidence, always swinging with the intent to score. Her versatility and fearlessness make her difficult to defend, while her high energy and enthusiasm elevate everyone around her. That spark she brings is exactly what a team needs to stay motivated, connected, and pushing forward point after point.     Nora Chandler is a big-time middle blocker for Skyline Juniors, bringing toughness and confidence to the center of the net. She is aggressive in both her attacking and blocking, fully capable of battling with the best opponents in the game. Nora plays with a scorer's mentality—she wants the ball and works relentlessly to be available on every play. Her effort to transition, stay active, and demand attention from the defense makes her a constant threat and a key presence in the middle. She does an excellent job staying disciplined in her defensive position, trusting her responsibilities, and making smart reads to shut down opposing attacks. Alyssa's court awareness allows her to anticipate plays and turn tough balls into playable touches, keeping her team in system. Never hesitant to hit the floor for a hustle play, she brings grit, effort, and consistency to every rally.
