Prep Dig Champions Cup – New Names To Know From The Morning

The morning wave of the Prep Dig Champions Cup is wrapping up with plenty of names to know. My role at this event is finding the new names or performances of who jumped on the radar. This can happen in a variety of ways. This can be a great play, contributions to a team, or it could be an intangible where the athlete is making an impact for their team with the effort, hustle, or communication.

Here are some athletes who I noticed during the morning wave!

[player_tooltip player_id='726841' first='Claire' last='Theunis'] who preps at Wrightstown High School was a key factor for [program_tooltip program_id='428591' first='FC' last='Elite'] 17 Blue. She gets her feet to the ball, provides a clean platform, and has the confidence a libero needs to command the court. She can handle a high volume in serve receive where teams are pretty quick to realize they should not serve at her.

[player_tooltip player_id='781417' first='Jakia' last='Green'] was electric from the outside for North Star Volleyball Club out of the Madison area.
