Talent Who Took Charge At President’s Day Weekend In Milwaukee

Teams giving it there all and players so highly skilled on many courts. That is what I noticed about Ives. She is there to play, win, and do what she can to help the team. Saw her play some all around where she did great on defense in the back row. She put some good swings on the ball as well during the game i watched. She was the libero for her squad and she did a terrific job in that back row. Very good on serve receive, don't think I ever saw her miss one. She also was superb on defense making great passes to the setter. I saw her play in some intense match ups and did great holding down the back row. Was very solid on serve receive and dug some hard hits during big games in the gold bracket. She played with confidence and helped her squad come up with a lot of wins. Everything to me just seemed explosive. The way she moved, went to her approach, and then swings. When she hit the ball you could just hear that she got her full hand all over it. She was working her butt off the whole game I saw her. Super soft hands the ball was sent perfectly to her hitters time after time. Could make the back set, jump set you name it. She was always smiling even though she was out there putting in the work on defense as well. It didn't ever seem flashy was just doing her job really well. Setting up hitters time after time with really no error. Her teammates got swings off of every pass. She also was a menace at the net with blocking and getting touches. Well above the net, she has a great vert and extension wing span. She was definitely a game changer in that front row for her team.
