Although only a freshman at Mansfield High School, Abrielle is already running an offense for Dallas Skyline 16 Royal against older competition and doing it with confidence well beyond her years. Her hands are exceptionally soft; the ball seems to float effortlessly out of them, delivered with ideal touch and tempo to every pin. What separates her technically is her explosive footwork. She beats the ball to its location consistently, even on passes that drift or digs that force her out of system. Because she arrives early, she squares her shoulders and re-establishes balance, allowing her to reset the offense instead of just surviving the rally. Miss Johnson shows advanced understanding of tempo variation, knowing when to quicken the pace and when to allow her hitters to load and elevate. Her decision-making is mature, and she does not panic under pressure. This is a trait you rarely see in young setters playing up an age group. Perhaps most impressive is her leadership presence. She is vocal, energetic, and her celebrations are infectious, bringing energy to teammates who are older than she is. That kind of emotional confidence is uncommon and speaks volumes about her competitive makeup. Leading her squad to a second-place finish at one of the toughest tournaments in the country is no small feat. Johnson proved she belongs at this level and continues to build a résumé that will demand attention when the Prep Dig Texas 2029 rankings are released. Please join us in congratulating Miss Johnson on being named a Top Performer at the Triple Crown NIT.

Currently ranked No. 34 overall in the Texas 2028 class by Prep Dig, Brooke continues to validate that standing every time she steps on the floor. Competing at the prestigious Triple Crown NIT, she played a major role in leading Alamo 16 Premier to an impressive third-place finish against elite national competition. Oney is a versatile pin who can score from either the left or right side, which makes her incredibly difficult to scheme against. Her arm swing is explosive and compact, generating impressive velocity while maintaining full control of hand contact. Because of that control, she doesn't just hit hard, she hits with intention, placing the ball exactly where she wants it.

In high-pressure moments against some of the best blockers in the country, She showed zero hesitation. She tooled the block repeatedly, punishing late or poorly sealed hands and scoring out of bounds with precision. Her swing speed makes it difficult for defenders to establish timing, and if blockers are not set early and disciplined, she will take advantage immediately. Technically, she stays balanced through contact, allowing her to maintain consistency even when attacking from less-than-perfect sets. Beyond the physical tools, her demeanor stands out. She competes with edge and confidence, the type of player teammates rally around and opponents feel across the net. Brooke's performance at Triple Crown reinforced why she is one of the most reliable and battle-tested pins in the 2028 class. Congratulations to Miss Oney on being named a Top Performer at the Triple Crown NIT.

Currently ranked No. 21 overall in the Texas 2028 class by Prep Dig, [player_tooltip player_id='761993' first='Isabella' last='Osborn'] once again demonstrated why she is regarded as one of the premier back-row players in the state while competing at the prestigious Triple Crown NIT. Her serve-receive platform was steady and repeatable throughout the weekend, consistently delivering quality first contacts that allowed her offense to operate in system. What separated her, however, was not just clean passing mechanics but it was her emergency defensive skill set. Osborn has an advanced ability to react to fast deflections off the block, often appearing to slow the game down as she reads and adjusts mid-play. She refuses to concede points, extending rallies with sheer grit and determination. Technically, her posture stays disciplined even in chaos, allowing her to recover and re-balance quicker than most players at this level. She covers hitters with intent, understanding defensive responsibilities rather than simply reacting to the ball. Equally impressive was her leadership presence during adverse stretches. When momentum swung against her team, she was vocal in calming teammates, reinforcing composure, and reminding them to settle into their roles. High-fives, eye contact, and direct communication were constant and subtle but critical elements of back-row leadership. That steadiness is invaluable from the libero position, where emotional control often dictates defensive cohesion. Bella's performance at Triple Crown was a masterclass in resilience, communication, and defensive command. Please join us in congratulating Miss Osborn on earning Top Performer honors at the Triple Crown NIT.
